Hvile provides a digital platform for mindfulness, daily affirmations, wellness tracking, and ritual building. These services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

HVILE IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND IS NOT INTENDED TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

Our affirmations, wellness tracking, and insights are for informational and motivational purposes only. You should always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or mental health concern. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read in Hvile.

3. Subscriptions & Premium Features

Hvile offers certain premium features (such as unlimited rituals, advanced insights, and custom widgets) via auto-renewable subscriptions.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are processed via the Apple App Store.
  • Pricing: Prices are displayed within the app and may vary by region.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Management: You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime via your App Store Account Settings.

4. User Content & Conduct

You are responsible for any content you enter into the app (such as custom rituals). You agree not to use Hvile for any unlawful purpose or to store content that is offensive or harmful.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Hvile (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are the exclusive property of Nordic App and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hvile and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
