Refund Policy

At Hvile, we strive to provide a high-quality mindfulness experience. Because our premium subscriptions are processed and managed through the Apple App Store, all refund requests are subject to Apple's standard refund policies.
1. App Store Purchases
Since Hvile is an iOS application, all financial transactions and subscription payments are handled exclusively by Apple. Hvile developers do not have the technical ability or access to issue refunds directly for App Store transactions.
2. How to Request a Refund
If you are dissatisfied with your premium purchase or have made an accidental payment, you can request a refund directly from Apple by following these steps:
- Visit reportproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Select "I"d like to request a refund" from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the reason for your refund.
- Select the Hvile Premium purchase and tap Submit.
3. Subscription Cancellation
To avoid future charges, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Technical Issues
If you are experiencing technical difficulties with the app or your premium status is not reflecting correctly, please contact our support team at support@hvileapp.com before requesting a refund. We are often able to resolve these issues quickly.
